Patient Online Triage

If you have access to the internet, you can submit an online query to the practice between 9am - 10am, most weekdays, using this ‘Patient Triage’ button on our website. This service is available for a limited number of requests for a GP appointment each day (dependent on capacity) and also for administrative queries.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR URGENT REQUESTS - instead, please contact the practice directly by phone. Once the daily limit for medical requests is reached, please do not use the admin request option to submit a medical query for assessment. You must contact the practice by phone, or try again the following day if not urgent.
